Peter C. DeMarco, President and Founder. Peter is the leader & founder of the Institute 4 Priority Thinking where he supports his clients as an executive coach, organizational consultant and strategy advisor. Over a twenty-five year career, he has extensive leadership experience in general management and senior level executive assignments in the United States and Mexico while working for Latex Foam International, Bausch & Lomb and Xerox.

John Lyle, Program Coordinator. John is responsible for coordinating the research, design and delivery of our customized ethics education packages. He has also done extensive work with the design and application of Aristotelian realist philosophy to the learning process in order to foster versatile and independent thinking.

Paul M. Vance, Program Coordinator. Paul is a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach with the Institute, where he puts his experience as a former CEO and his rigorous academic training to use helping executives and their teams to align their daily activity with the greater good of the organization.

Peter Redpath, Ph.D., Research Fellow. Peter’s research focus is the application of realist philosophy to the organizational context, and he is presently serving as the lead auditor of the manuscript for Peter DeMarco’s forthcoming, “Priority Thinking.” Peter Redpath is also an Ethics Educator with the Institute and a Full Professor of Philosophy at St. John’s University, New York.

Tom Michaud, Ph.D., Research Fellow. Tom is our lead scholar for Organizational Ethics, and an Ethics Educator with the Institute. He is a Full Professor of Philosophy at Wheeling Jesuit University, and has designed and directed extensive ethics education programs to over 5,000 participants in corporate, non-profit and educational settings throughout his career.

Curtis Hancock, Ph.D., Research Fellow. Curtis’s research focus with the Institute is on Organizational Ethics and the Priorities of the Person, and he also serves as an Ethics Educator. He is a Full Professor of Philosophy at Rockhurst University, and the current President and Treasurer of the Gilson Society.

Matthew Coles, Research Fellow. Matt’s research focus with the Institute is the practical application of ancient and contemporary Realist philosophy for the domains of education and business. The youngest scholar on the team, Matt is currently engaged in graduate studies towards a Ph.D. in Philosophy at the Catholic University of America.
