Ethics Inventory
Ethical action IS NOT an abstract statement of values NOR is it mere compliance with a mandated code. Ethics IS the use of our human freedom in each situation to practice the priorities that will help us to achieve our true potential both as individuals and organizations. Hence priorities and ethics form an inseparable thread in the fabric of organizational culture.
The Ethics Inventory supplements our overall Culture Assessment survey by helping members of a culture better understand their own ethical decision-making approach in relation to their responsibilities within their organization and to their colleagues. It can be administered on-site using the Priority Poller or through our web-based survey platform.
It explores their views of a series of fundamental ethical principles in the workplace, including:
