Reality Check

By probing how employees think about certain topics at the core of their daily work, this tool measures how employees of an organization view reality, and identifies a dominant approach to reality that is driving organizational performance. This diagnostic can be administered on-site using the Priority Poller or through our web-based survey platform.
 
Throughout history, individuals have tended to look at the world through one of four lenses: Idealism, Pragmatism, Skepticism and Realism. Each lens has a profound impact on both the effectiveness of the individuals who look through them and their relationship with the people and things around them. We have found that organizational cultures tend to take on a dominant lens, as well, which has a profound impact on how the organization functions in a multitude of key cultural areas.
